PLEASE PRINT AND BRING THE DOCUMENTS WITH YOU TO YOUR RENTAL!
The renter is the only person required to sign the "Rental Agreement". Anyone who wants to operate a jet ski or Boat, including the renter, is required to fill out a Liability Waiver. All operators must have watched the safety videos prior to the rental period. ( See Below )
Driver of the Pontoon Boat must be over the age of 25.
Drivers for the Jet skis, to operate alone, must be born on or before September 1st, 1993 or have a boater safety certificate
If you are unable to print and sign the documents from the website we will have copies available on site

Release of Liability Agreement For PWC (Jet Ski)
(For renter of Jet ski as well as anyone born on or before September 1st, 1993, or anyone age 13 and up with a boater safety certificate)
Release of Liability Agreement for Pontoon Boat (for Driver of the pontoon boat)
