As a service to you, we meet you 30 minutes prior to your rental time to get paperwork signed so you get your full time in the water.
if you show up right at your rental time is suppose to start, you will not receive any additional time. If you do not arrive by the start of the rental time, we will leave to go to the next rental and you will forfeit your $200 deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
(example: your rental is from 11am-6pm, we will meet you at 10:30am to go over the ski/boat and sign all paper work and get you in the water by 11am. If you show up at 11AM we will still get you in the water after all the paperwork is signed but your rental will still end at 6pm. If you do not show up at 11:01am we will leave and you lose your $200 deposit.) Please arrive early and have everything ready when we arrive.

**Security Reserve Hold of $100 must be placed on a major credit card or cash the day of the rental to cover any loss or damage that the renter may incur with respect to the Lily-pad and/or related equipment. This hold will typically expire within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

This hold will typically expire within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
If you need to cancel your reservation this must be done no later than 48 hours prior to the time your reservation is to begin. If you fail to do this you will forfeit your $200 reservation deposit. If the full rentals charges had already been collected you will be refunded the rental charges minus the $200 deposit.

Boat Cleaning Fee- $50 - $100 If the boat come back with trash there will be a minimum $50 cleaning fee. If the boat comes back completely trashed there will be $100 cleaning fee (Will be taken from your reserve)
